Does OpStack store my Terraform plan files?
No. Terraform plan files are processed entirely in memory and are never stored on our servers or database. Only the analysis results (findings and risk summary) are retained.
Can OpStack modify my cloud resources?
Never. OpStack is strictly read-only. We use IAM roles and Service Principals with read-only permissions to discover your live infrastructure. We never perform any write operations.
What counts as an analysis?
Each time you upload a Terraform plan for analysis — whether via the web UI, GitHub Action, or GitHub App auto-trigger — it counts as one analysis against your monthly limit.
What happens when I hit my analysis limit?
Web uploads and CI/CD pipelines will be blocked until the next month or until you upgrade. The limit resets on the 1st of each calendar month.
Do I need to connect my cloud account?
No. You can run analyses in offline mode — OpStack analyses your plan structure only, without querying live infrastructure. Live connection unlocks ghost resource detection and live blast radius analysis.
When will Pro and Team plans be available?
We're working on it. Join the waitlist and you'll be the first to know when paid plans launch — and you'll get early-adopter pricing.
